Services & What's Included

What services do you offer?

Residential air duct cleaning, commercial HVAC duct cleaning, dryer vent cleaning, AC coil cleaning, and window washing.

What equipment do you use?

We use HEPA-filtered vacuum systems that put your ductwork under negative pressure, along with rotary brushes and compressed-air tools to agitate and remove debris at the source.

Do you provide before-and-after photos?

Yes. We photograph the inside of your ducts before and after so you can see exactly what we removed. If your system is already clean, we'll show you and you can decline.

Do you clean dryer vents?

Yes. Dryer vent cleaning starts at $149, and it's included free when you book a whole-home air duct cleaning.

Do you clean commercial HVAC systems?

Yes. We clean commercial ductwork, air handlers, and coils for offices, retail, restaurants, and medical facilities, with flexible after-hours scheduling.

Pricing & Scheduling

How much does air duct cleaning cost?

Residential air duct cleaning starts at $499 for a typical single-family home; the final price depends on home size and vent count. Dryer vent cleaning starts at $149, AC coil cleaning at $249, and window washing at $199. Commercial work is custom-quoted. See our pricing page for details.

What's included in a free quote?

A visual inspection of your system, an assessment of what your home or building actually needs, and a written estimate with no hidden fees and no obligation.

How long does a duct cleaning take?

Most homes take 2 to 3 hours depending on size and the number of vents. Dryer vent cleaning usually takes 30 to 60 minutes. Commercial jobs vary by property size.

When You Actually Need Cleaning

How often should I clean my air ducts?

NADCA suggests every 3 to 5 years for most homes. Clean sooner if you have pets, allergy sufferers, recent renovations, or visible dust building up around your vents.

When is duct cleaning NOT needed?

If your ducts are visibly clean, airflow is normal, and the system was professionally cleaned in the last couple of years, you probably don't need it yet. Be cautious of companies advertising very cheap whole-house specials and using scare tactics — that's a common bait-and-switch.

What's the difference between dryer vent and air duct cleaning?

Air duct cleaning cleans your HVAC supply and return ducts to remove circulating dust. Dryer vent cleaning clears lint from the exhaust line behind your clothes dryer, mainly to reduce fire risk and improve drying. They're separate systems and separate services.

Does duct cleaning have health benefits?

We remove the dust, pollen, pet dander, and debris that collect in ductwork. Independent research hasn't proven duct cleaning prevents specific health problems, so we won't promise it will cure allergies — but a cleaner system means less of that material circulating through your home.
